1. Data controller

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer. For all matters relating to the processing of personal data, you may contact us using the details above.

2. What data we process

We only process personal data that you provide to us yourself, in particular via the contact form or through email or telephone communication:

• first name and surname,
• email address,
• telephone number (if provided),
• company name (if provided),
• the content of your message or enquiry.

This website does not use analytics or tracking (marketing) cookies. We only use technically necessary browser storage to remember your chosen theme and your acknowledgement of the cookie notice.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the purpose of:

• handling your enquiry or request and sending you an offer — the legal basis being steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR);
• performance of a contract and related statutory obligations should a business relationship arise (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Providing the data is voluntary; however, without your contact details we are unable to get back to you and process your enquiry.

4. Retention period

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and thereafter for the duration of our legitimate interest (typically no longer than 24 months from the last contact). If a contract is concluded, we retain the data for the period required by applicable legislation (e.g. accounting and tax documents for the statutory period).

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. To send the contact form we use the Web3Forms service (operated by Statichunt LLP), which delivers the message to our email as a processor. Data may also be made available to our IT service providers and accountants, always under a contract and to the extent necessary.

We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data,
• erasure ("right to be forgotten") and restriction of processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 1976/27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz.

7. Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. The website is operated over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
